Akane Kurokawa

To make the face paint I first used the eyes stamp for the eyes and erased the eyebrows included with the stamp and colored half of the eyes with light teal shades and another half with the darkest blue to match the hair and changed all the highlights to white. I then made a strait line using the smallest size possible and made a lighter version of the skin tone and drew a triangle and added an indent to it. (sorry that my cam quality sucks)
