Sakuya

"The weather's fine today, it's great whether you go out or not." (Win quote against Patchouli Knowledge in Hisoutensoku) A somewhat-lazy attempt at Sakuya Izayoi from Touhou Project. I say somewhat-lazy because I didn't attempt to create hair with the Facepaint. I used her art from Scarlet Weather Rhapsody and Hisoutensoku as a basis for the eyes.
