The point of tomolife is to have fun and get weird, GET WEIRD!!! and with enough practice you will start making stuff you can be proud of!! That's just how skills work, no instant gratification!! When I was first toying with the face paint creator it overwhelmed me and I had to put it down, but I came back and tried some more, and it took me awhile to get it, but I did! And you can too :)
Hi fluffy, I don't know if you'll see this or if I can actually reply at all, but I will say this anyways for anyone else. I think you should try! Tomodachi life is all about enjoying yourself and having fun with the mii's YOU make. So what if your mii isn't the exact same as mine? I think that's beautiful!!! If the mii isn't "perfect" or "not as good as someone elses" who caaaares... the point is to try and have fun making something and even if it doesn't look "good," at least you had fun ^_^
