I bought it in the store. But u also need a Nintendo first... If u buy it, you get the card that u can put in your Nintendo. U can also buy it online, but I don't know how that works... I'm not good at English by the way :-)

If u have the Tomodachi Life-game, u can press X on your Nintendo. Then u get the menu where u can choose 'Add Mii'. If u click that, u can create ur character!
