Nice hack you can do: take a screenshot of your mii on your switch, go to settings: data mangement: go down to manage screenshots and videos: get a usb c data cable and click copy to pc over usb (if you use a switch 2 use bottom of the system, not on the top (it will say that on the screen)) and boom! Open file explorer, click nintendo switch (nintendo switch 2 if you have a switch 2), click Album, click the folder that says tomodatchi life, and you can get your pictures!

but if it does not work, go to album, click on the image, click a, click upload to smart device, click your account, get the switch app and log in, click upload, and you should be good!
then click the album button in the app, and you should find the photo!
