Tiara Boobowski

That's 2 more miis from my stream today! Only 2 more from the classic Sonic era to go, those being Bean and Honey. I've used a randomiser wheel which is why Tiara here was picked today. Tiara Boobowski AKA Tiara Cyberooski AKA Princess Tiara was a character designed to be in the game Sonic X-treme that never got released.
