Iris (Pokemon B&W) + Axew
Iris the pokemon champion from Pokémon black and white, along with an optional custom pixel Axew I designed! Other Axew sprites I've seen are a little awkward on the canvas due to his head spike and tail, so I designed one that works a bit better on a square grid. For pixel art I recommend zooming in as much as you can, then the basic smallest pen tool will function as a pixel stamp. You can enlarge it to fill the canvas afterwards.

How are you doing that with Iris' eyes? when I tried using that shape, even using the blush, it looks nothing like in the creation photo. no matter what I do it doesn't seem to match exactly.
