You can request deletion of your Tomodachi Plaza account and all associated data at any time. Choose one of the methods below.

From the Mobile App
- Open the Tomodachi Plaza app on your device.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.

From the Website
- Sign in at tomodachiplaza.app/login.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Click Delete Account at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm to permanently delete your account.

By Email
If you can't access your account, email [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request" and the username of the account you want deleted. We will respond within 7 days.

What data is permanently deleted
- Profile information (display name, username, avatar, bio)
- Email address (if you signed in with Discord or Google)
- All Miis you have submitted
- All images and QR codes you have uploaded
- All likes, follows, comments, and collections
- Push notification tokens
- Authentication sessions

What data is retained (up to 90 days)
For legal and moderation reasons, the following may be retained for up to 90 days:
- Reports filed by or about your content (to prevent abuse)
- Moderation logs (bans, warnings) for community safety
- Anonymized server logs required by law
After the 90-day retention period, all remaining data is permanently purged.
