Jonathan Joestar from part 1 of JoJo's Bizzare Adventure! I had a lot of fun with this one. For the hair, use the 2nd smallest brush with smoothness enabled. Then, draw the shapes in a dark blue. Then, take the hair colour and use that to fill in the rest. Use a lighter blue for highlights and viola! For the face details I used the smallest one, but I drew many lines over it so they weren't thin. If anyone needs any help leave it in the comments!
