SPEEDWAGOOOHHHNNN One of my faves! I used the 2nd smallest brush with smoothness on. I started with a darker colour than the behind hair, then did the hair colour, then lightened areas with a lighter colour. I gave him a top hat. If anyone needs help let me know in the comments!
