Lt. Tsurumi

Tokushirou Tsurumi has found his way from Hokkaido to your island! He is one of my favorite Mii's in terms of how I designed him. I wanted to keep his scars on a different plane from his steel cap while making sure it slightly covered his eyes. I achieved this by using makeup and facial features mashed together to make his scars. It gives him a more vanilla feel which I find charming. For his steel cap, a reference is provided as well as the raw image for emulator players to import.
